Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Power BI within the Power Platform ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions using these Microsoft Power Platform tools to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Power Apps Development: Develop and maintain custom Power Apps solutions that are tailored to our clients’ business requirements. Ensure the applications are user-friendly, intuitive, and adhere to best practices in UI/UX design.

Power Automate (Flow) Development:

Create complex workflows using Power Automate to automate business processes, integrate with various systems, and handle data and notifications effectively.

SharePoint Online Integration: Collaborate with SharePoint Online to design and implement seamless integrations, document libraries, lists, and other SharePoint components as needed.

Power BI Reporting: Leverage Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights to clients and stakeholders.

Client Communication: Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, understand their business processes, and provide technical expertise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.

API Integration: Develop and manage API integrations as needed to connect Power Platform solutions with external systems and services.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of Power Platform solutions.

Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of solutions, workflows, and configurations for future reference.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Power BI in the Power Platform ecosystem.

Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly applications.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Demonstrated experience in designing and developing complex workflows using Power Automate.

Familiarity with API integration and data manipulation.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
