The key Walto products launched include Know your Vendor, Supplier Contract Governance framework for strategic customers. Karthik has 18+ years of experience worked across Geographies as a Governance Head/Digital Consultant for Technology Consulting,Business transformation and change management projects across customer locations across North America and Europe. Exposed to IT controls Enterprise architecture management and Data stewardship. He has good exposure both in system audits assurance and IT services management and Governing through balanced scorecards.. Karthik is well versed with ITIL and COBIT practices that enable the transformation of complete support services and ITSM. He has got exposure to privacy frameworks such as GDPR and ISAE 3402. He has done many ITGC reviews and IT application reviews and has laid a better framework to manage the overall Tech Governance. Karthik is also a Lean Six Sigma certified professional who had lead and implemented a number of continual improvement projects and have trained more that 1000+ candidates in Governance, Risk and Compliance models. He has worked across industries and have also participated in SAP and Solution manager implementations . He has implemented Digital factory model for top clients and have saved more than $3m till date across projects.
He is a vivid speaker with 6 white papers across North America and Europe Industry forums (ASQ Reliability, AUTVS, QFD, IEEE ITNG,QAI/STC) As a coach he had trained more 15+ batches on transformation that includes Lean, Agile, ITIL and Emerging Digital Transformation areas & Data analytics. Have mentored 50+ consultants and have trained 1000+ FTE’s towards continual improvement and sustainability across geographies. He has conducted master classes and executive workshops for top management that includes Director+ and SM+ for setting up the transformation strategy and the workshop included Geo leaders as well.
He has experience with Fortune 500 IT & Business Services company with a track record of excellent client relationship development/team management /project management of large, complex, global, cost-efficient projects. He has worked on projects that involve large transitions and has significantly contributed to migration projects and change management initiatives. As a part of the Digital Transformation team, he has performed a number of assessments that are based on industry best practices that include Lean, Six Sigma, Benchmarking, Balanced Scorecard, ITIL Strategy 4.0 his Digital implementations include Omni channel platform for a retailer and governance of Master data & Management for Telecom customers
